We are looking to appoint casual Boarding House Assistant’s to join our dynamic Boarding House team. This position will collaborate closely with all Boarding House Assistant’s, overseeing and cultivating a nurturing and supportive environment for our students.
You will support our students by providing high-quality pastoral care and contributing to their personal development and wellbeing.

Key Selection Criteria:
- An understanding of boarding houses, educational environments or experience in an environment dealing with children/adolescents such as a parent or carer.
- Experience in dealing with children and / or young adults (desirable)
- Working knowledge of the operations of boarding facilities, would be an advantage but is not essential
- current registration to Work with Vulnerable People (Tasmania), or be eligible for registration
- current National Police History Record Check, or be willing to obtain
- current first aid in education & care setting (HLTAID012) qualifications and CPR (HLTAID009), or be willing to attain
- a current driver’s licence.

Remuneration will be in accordance with the Launceston Church Grammar School (General Staff) Enterprise Agreement. We offer attractive rates when compared to other Tasmanian government and independent schools.
