Keni's Grade 7 Journey

Did you move to Grade 7 with friends from the Junior Campus?

I did, only two of them moved to a different school and most of my friends came to the Senior Campus.

What has surprised you about your time so far in Grade 7?

Learning all the different subjects that we didn’t have at the Junior Campus.

What do you think about the Grade 7’s having their own area, the Log Cabin?

I think it’s fantastic, you get used to the school but you’re not thrown into the middle of things. I think it’s a great idea.

What were you most excited to do in Grade 7?

Mostly sports and seeing how different it might be and all the new opportunities I would have.

What has been challenging about starting Grade 7?

There has been more work than I expected including assignments.

What would you tell Grade 6 students that are getting ready to join the Senior Campus?

Do your work on time. Don’t leave it to the last moment.

Tell us about your best moment so far this year.

I’ve had many great moments. Especially camp, the whole thing was great! I have enjoyed different carnivals, the racing, everything.
