Our school at its very best
We are delighted to be partnering again with Sony Foundation as we host the annual Sony Foundation Children’s Holiday Camp. The camp is a highlight for our Grade 11 and 12 students who volunteer as personal carers taking on the responsibility of caring for a child with a disability and providing valuable respite for families.
From Friday 16 December and across the weekend our special guests will experience a range of activities including swimming, instrument making, science experiments, a mini carnival and much more.
The generous support of the Sony Foundation over the past 18 years has enabled our students to connect with families from both Launceston and across the state in providing much-needed respite. The success of the program relies heavily on the generosity of the wider community, and we thank the Tasmanian community for their support.
The 2022 Sony Camp will run from 16-18 December, and applications of interest close Friday 28 October.
