Our main intake years are Early Learning, Prep, and Grades 5, 7 and 10. Please contact Enrolments regarding possible vacancies in other grades by clicking here.

Applications for Enrolment are processed in the order they are received, with places allocated to siblings of current students, boarders and children of alumni first. Launceston Grammar is small by design, and as such, demand for places is high, so we encourage you to register your interest well in advance of your child’s expected entry year. Offers are usually made in the year prior to commencement.

Launceston Grammar is small by design. We have just over 300 students from Early Learning to Grade 6 on our Junior Campus. Our Senior Campus has capacity for 600 students from Grade 7-12.
Absolutely. Families are encouraged to register their interest for a tour by clicking here. Tours provide opportunity for you to meet senior staff and students at the campus.
