Early Learning

Early Learning (Pre-Kinder and Kindergarten)

At Launceston Grammar, we consider it a privilege to nurture, challenge and inspire every child in our care. We believe each child is curious, capable and unique, with their wellbeing and best interests at the centre of all we do.

Guided by the International Baccalaureate Primary Years Programme (PYP) and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), our passionate educators foster learning through play, inquiry, imagination and creative exploration. In partnership with families, we provide a safe and inclusive environment that values voice, choice and curiosity, supporting children to grow into confident, well-rounded individuals.

Having engaged in rich learning opportunities in the early years, we believe children will become resilient, confident, responsible, and compassionate citizens of our beautiful world.
