Snap Photographic Competition
Paul Snell, Head of Visual Arts at Launceston Grammar, established the SNAP Photographic Competition in 2007.
The SNAP Photographic Competition is the State's only photographic event for students wanting to showcase their talents and creativity in the area of photography.
This competition encourages students to develop their interests and skills in this area and is open to all Tasmanian students currently in Grades 9 – 12.
The competition is a ‘photographic scavenger hunt’ in which students are given a list of 20 photographic subjects, offering the potential for creativity and artistic interpretation.
