Launceston Grammar would like to share our congratulations to alumni Alex Viney (2010) and Henry Youl (2013) on their success this weekend at the Rowing World Championships in Radice, Czech Republic.
Alex won Silver in the PR3W2 and Henry Bronze in the Men’s 8.

We would also like to extend our thanks to the Launceston Grammar rowing coaches and Rowing Support Group for their support, encouragement, fundraising and skill sharing that allow our students to thrive during their early rowing years.

Future rowers for Team Australia are assisted by the Launceston Grammar Rowing Support Group who fundraise and volunteer throughout the year in aid of our rowers.

The Rowing Support Group invite the school community for a fundraising evening on Saturday 22 October, including a live auction and silent auction with some fantastic prizes. To reserve your ticket, click here.
