I live onsite during term-time and really enjoy the work with the tutors and the boarders. My role is varied and includes pastoral care of students with a focus on the girls. It also involves a lot of driving! (I call it ‘Driving Miss Daisy’ duty). This does however allow me the opportunity to get to know the boarders and to chat about life.
