Foundation

Launceston FoundationThe Foundation works to improve the educational and sporting facilities of the school; to keep up with the changes in modern teaching methods; and to ensure Grammar's continued independence. The Foundation's objective is to create and support a strong and vital school family by inviting teachers, parents, past parents, grandparents and relatives, old scholars and friends to become members of the Foundation.

The Launcestonian Foundation has a Board of directors, of which twelve are the executive directors.

The Foundation Board is composed of three sub-committees: finance, bequest and events committees.

The development programme is the actual fundraising side of the school's building and development strategy. This is done by:
