ACADEMIC PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES 2006-2010
- To achieve superior academic performance against national benchmarks.
- To continually review and implement a curriculum that is broad, balanced and future focused.
BOARD & GOVERNANCE OBJECTIVES 2006-2010
- To provide effective leadership and governance to the School by establishing and operating an appropriate governance framework.
- To be proactive in determining and articulating the values, vision, mission, activities and achievements of the School.
- To ensure open lines of communication between staff and the School community to guarantee the Board's functions are effectively discharged.
FACILITIES MANAGEMENT PEFORMANCE OBJECTIVES 2006-2010
- To develop and implement a Master Plan for both the Mowbray and Broadland Campuses.
- To ensure Grammar's physical facilities contribute to the achievement of the School's overall goals.
FINANCIAL OBJECTIVES 2006-2010
- To maintain financial management practices which focus on the continued long term development of the School whilst not compromising the achievement of immediate goals.
- To ensure an operating surplus is returned each year.
- To measure financial performance against agreed national benchmarks and to achieve a measurement score within the top quartile.
- Ensure that the level of debt is sustainable and equitable and no greater than the national benchmarks.
MARKETING & COMMUNICATIONS OBJECTIVES 2006-2010
- To achieve an optimal enrolment level from Kindergarten to Grade 12.
- To further the presence, visibility and achievements of the School in the community.
- To foster positive relationships across the broader school community.
PROGRAMME / CURRICULUM OBJECTIVES 2006-2010
- To offer an academic program which is broad, balanced and future focussed.
- To encourage each student to develop life skills to the best of his/her ability in a supportive School community.
- To challenge each student with a co-curricular programme that has a broad range of quality activities.
STAFFING OBJECTIVES 2006-2010
- To employ and retain dedicated and highly skilled staff of diverse backgrounds and experience who actively support the aims and ethos of the School.
- To encourage and enable staff, through transparent support mechanisms and provisions, to develop professionally and personally.
