Four sub-committees carry out operation:
- Education
- Finance and Fundraising
- Junior School Strategic
- Marketing and Enrolments
Office bearers include the Chair, and Chair of each sub-committee.

The Board comprises of:
- six members appointed by the Old Launcestonians' Association
- four members appointed by the Visitor to the school (The Bishop of Tasmania)
- two members appointed by the Christ College Trust
